Grease Nipple

This is an essential component on the Hypro Twin Piston Pump. Damaged grease nipples can be removed by locking the crankshaft and carefully drilling out the old nipple with a 3/16th" drill. Gently tap in the new nipple with a light hammer. Weekly lubrication of the central cam bearing is neccesary to ensure the smooth running of these pump heads. Be sure to remove all old grease and dirt from the cam bearing chamber, do not over-pack with grease and always re-fit the safety cover, part number HY5437.
